Solid-fill needle type bearing is such a bearing that it can bear a great radial load in a small space.
This type bearing may have an internal ring or may not have an internal ring.The diameter deviation among all filled needles is up to 2mm.It uses high-stiffness retainer that can correctly guide the needles parallel to the shaft centerline.
1.Solid-fill needle bearing without internal ring: If it uses the ground shaft as the rolling race, the diameter of shaft can be greater than that of the bearing with internal ring and it is not influenced by the accuracy of internal ring. It can obtain the advantage of high rotary accuracy. Its diameter of inscribed circle is usually produced in accordance with F6.
2.The solid-fill needle bearing with internal ring: it is used in the place where the shaft cann’t be quenched. The internal ring can be axially positioned by the adjacent part or a stop ring.
